About Us

Since the launch of Disneyland.com in 1997, our mission at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Online has been to deliver easy, intuitive digital experiences for our online guests worldwide to confidently book and enjoy their vacation with the trust and quality they expect from Disney.

Approach

Our projects involve a symphony of disciplines working together to create unique experiences for the web, mobile devices and emerging technologies. For each project, the “quad”—comprised of a creative lead, technical lead, project manager and product manager—manages the development and delivery process. Our teams use cutting-edge methodologies like Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery as part of our ever-evolving approach to increasingly effective and efficient production.
